Trukk boys still works.
That's a pretty brutal de nerf... Geez Talos weren't THAT good and they already nerfed having two different coven obsessions... This was pretty heavy handed.

I think its the kind of nerf that will stop 9 talos and 4 chronos but if you had maybe 2 of each and it wasn't your WHOLE game plan to use them you should be ok. DE feel like the nerf has put them back squarely into the camp of bring some good stuff from each type of detactment and don't over do it on any one

I have a question. Are trukk Boyz allowed to move after the trukk moved if they disembark?
Like they say the occupants count as moved if the transport moves. And the trukk boyz rule gives you the ability to disembark after it has moved. Doesn't say they are allowed to move after or am I missing something?

It was just a bit too good when all comboed together. So the combo is broken but the unit itself remains viable and dangerous.

from the way it reads for the weapons pair bonus attacks, if you have two lightning claws, you still get the +1a each, because in lightning claws it does not specify that the model is armed with 2 lightning g claws it gets 1 attack. it says if a unit is equipped with a lightning claw it gets the attack.....so same would apply for 2x chainswords..... I think..... This is correct. The errata was explicitly for weapons which require two to grant a single ectra Attack - Grey Knight falchions, Helbrute fists, etc

I always thought when you allocated attacks, you picked a weapons, so an example a marine with two lightning claws, you would pick the profile which would give him just one extra attack with lightning claws weither he had 1 or 2. So would a leviathan with two seige claws actually get 2 extra attacks vs 1?

Dual lightning claws wouldn't make any sense as such an ubiquitous weapon option if it worked the other way since you'd be paying points for literally nothing while also sacrificing a weapon hand.
Edit: To add to this, this ALSO makes these excellent secondary weapons since you're adding an attack to the model even if you never actually use the weapon for the model's baked in attacks. See stuff like marines carrying a chainsword on top of their primary melee weapon.
