Good day everyone!
Wanted to start a thread to see if people wanted to share their results from the 2022 Club champs. I like reading about results from GT's and ITC's and what not, so felt like sharing my results as well. The points are if my memory is correct, might be wrong. Overall, compared to other tournament results, my score compares to what an average Guard player gets in a tournament. Even though I went 0 - 4 - 1 my overall score is 267 out of 450, making it a 59% of possible points earned. Nexus has me at 271 points, must have forgotten a few here and there.
Game 1 Astra Militarum (49) vs Grey Knights (90).
Game 2 Astra Militarum (41) vs Necrons (80)
Game 3 Astra Militarum (61) vs Blood Angels (61)
Game 4 Astra Militarum (64) vs Necrons (75)
Game 5 Astra Militarum (52) vs Tyranids (85)
Thanks for the awesome games! EDIT*: Some points.

hmmm I don't really remember the scores exactly but over the weekend my nids faced: Game 1 - vs. Dark Eldar - took a loss but scored around 63 points still so pretty happy with that! Plus Jack's army is so pretty to get wrecked by Game 2 - vs. tau - nids took this one but I honestly don't remember the scores. I got to play against Optimus Prime, so that was the highlight for me! I do remember that stormsurge just WRECKING my monsters though lol Game 3 - vs. harlequins - nids won, mostly because Kaelon's army was teched pretty hard to kill vehicles and I didn't have any - super fun game though! Game 4 - vs. Grey knights - thought I was going to get straight up wrecked (especially after my terrible initial psychic phases) however the nids were able to weather the storm (man those dreadknights!) and eventually take it. Game 5 - vs. Dark angels - This was a tough fight for sure, and I lost some really key pieces (both flyrants and swarmlord) but managed to pull it out based on objectives and board control in the end. ----------- So ended the weekend 4-1 and managed 5th overall (4th for battle) so was really happy with how the army performed. Every game I played was against a really fun opponent too, so was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for the first time I actually got to play in this thing!

I have my scores in my phone but a couple of them weren't put in right away so they might not be 100% accurate but decently close. Game 1 Tyranids(64) vs Necrons(77)
Game 2 Tyranids(47) vs Grey Knights(36)
Game 3 Tyranids(51) vs Dark Angels(74)
Game 4 Tyranids(73) vs Blood Angels(45)
Game 5 Tyranids(83) vs imperial guard(52) (you have that one as 85-45 though so I don't fully remember)
All were amazing games against people I want to play against again.

I didn't record scores at the time so I'll just ballpark based on my spotty memory. I was Dark Angels doublewing. I won 3, lost 1 and drew 1 (apparently draws are still possible??). I also went second every game so I'm pretty happy with the result!
Game 1 (40s) vs Grey Knights (Loss) Going second on a low terrain table is rough, and GK are a bad matchup since the mortals bypass all my durability shenanigans. Mike played his guys well and bottled me up in my DZ, leading to a decisive loss.
Game 2 (70s) vs Iron Hands (Win) Very close game. Jason's volkite contemptor is a nasty beast. I won completely on blowing away both redemptor dreads in a single phase with my attack bikes.
Game 3 (60s?) vs Tyranids (Win) Most fun game of the event. Andrew's crusher stampede versus deathwing in a bottleneck led to a melee that lasted almost the entire game with very tough models slugging into each other phase after phase. Broke through at the end for the win.
Game 4 (80s) vs Harlequins (Win) Kaelon's quins (going first) were basically all committed and engaged at the top of turn 1, in classic style. They didn't inflict quite enough damage to get there with the alpha and the rest is history. Azrael died to the Big Clown which was kinda funny.
Game 5 (40s) vs Grey Knights (Draw) Bloodbath against Sam's GK. Almost everything was dead by the end. Psyker armies are just a brutal matchup for my guys but it as a very very close game. His Grandmaster died almost immediately to returned shots off an astartes banner which is probably the only reason I wasn't tabled.

Game 1 (87) vs Imperial Fists - Death Guard win. A classic 4th/5th edition Imperial Fists list, complete with Land Raider. The Tallyman blunted the pain of losing out on some earlygame CP generation, while the Contemptor ripped the loyalist dogs apart. MVP were the Plagueburst Crawlers, for their ability to reach across the board and delete Devastators.
Game 2 (80) vs Tau - A loss for the Death Guard, but only by 2 points. No problem with that. Farsight Enclaves Tau with triple Hammerhead swarmed my deployment zone, while a cheeky unit of Cultists snuck behind enemy lines to plant three bombs. MVP was Connor's Hammerhead, which exploded in his lines on turn one.
Game 3 (88) vs Custodes - Death Guard victory. Leaning more heavily into shooting (triple PBC and Volkite Contemptor) meant that I had the tools to whittle down the Custodes from the outset - some very unfortunate save rolls on Matt's part resulted in my units punching well above their weight, and leaving little ability for the Custodes to catch back up. MVP was the Volkite Contemptor, nerf it again.
Game 4 (72) vs Orks - Death Guard victory. My personal favourite game of the event. Playing against Jordan is always a treat. Unfortunately, bad luck on the part of the Orks resulted in a subpar Waaagh! on turn two, and between a lucky PBC Overwatch cleaning up a whole unit of Beast Snagga Boyz, and a very lucky 10" Cultist charge knocking down a Banner at a bad moment the Death Guard were able to close things out handily. MVP was the unit of Plague Marines coming in from Strategic Reserves to nail a Kill Rig with The Blightening for 7 Wounds.
Game 5 (40) vs Tau - This is the game where I paid dearly for my luck throughout the rest of the tournament. I had to get very, very lucky if I was going to win. Instead my Terminators and Daemon Engines whiffed most of their saves, and I got rolled up by Lukas with minimal effort. That's Warhammer! MVP was the Plaguecaster that racked up 15 points on Mental Interrogation.
