Warhammer community accidently uploaded an article a couple days early and well, once its on the internet, its there forever. Link 1Link 2
The whole thing isn't there but a good portion of what the article has to say such as limited certain units which i think is a strange thing to do instead of either increasing their points or adjusting something else.

I should also say, that this could be all fake as well, so take it with a grain of salt.

Let's face it, we all knew a Tau/Custodes nerf was coming.
Not even shocked they are bringing out the ork buggy treatment here.

People also think in the statement that about Trojann returning later means that he could be banned for matched play rules until an update to his points. Don't wanna give him a points adjustment now as then you cant sell a 50$ book filled with points.

I'm not surprised, that's textbook for the R6 Siege model. (for folks who aren't familiar, if a certain operative/character in Rainbow 6 Siege was too-broken in matched/ranked play, they would simply "turn off" the character until they could make fixes and balance patches to re-introduce them to the game)
People like to demand immediate fixes for things, and Tau/Custodes basically curb stomping every event for another 2 months until the May dataslate was not a realistic option given how quickly the rounds of iterative improvements on the custodes and tau lists have come out.
There's a part of me starting to wonder if keeping up with grand tournament seasons is worth it, given I've managed 2 games of Nachmund missions since it dropped.

It’s been debunked. It’s all fake. Nothing to see here.
