Could make it pistol 2, or just make it higher strength/pen if sticking to classic weapon types

My suggestion would be the following:
"- If this unit is selected to fire Overwatch, models in this unit score hits on unmodified hit rolls of 4+, instead of 6.
- Each time you use the Fire Overwatch Stratagem, if the bearer is on the battlefield and its unit is selected to fire Overwatch, reduce the CP cost of that Stratagem by 1CP (to a minimum of 0CP)."
Given it's a 40k fandex - they have to contend with homicidal, chainsaw-wielding berserkers.
