Does the Kasrkin seem a little too bright to anyone else? Might just be the lighting and/or my monitor but the guy looks like he could use a bit of shading etc to dull down those highlight effects on his armor and uniform.

Kasrkins used to be in the book and were replaced with Scions, they were much like scions in that they had a better save and ould bring a large volume of special weapons to bear.

Im going to be curious how this plays out in the long run....as Scions were billed as the narrative/game replacement for Storm Troopers (both Inquisitorial and Imperial Guard). Theyll be pretty boring if they are just a different looking scion squad that gets regimental doctrines. Im feeling like Scions might re split off from Astra Militarum completely since their niche is basically filled by bringing the Kasrkin back. Could be pretty cool if they put Inquisitors, Assasins, and Scions into one book and basically revive the old inquisitorial storm trooper force.

Plastic kasrkin!
Kasrkin were always the Cadian equivalent to Imperial stormtroopers, sharing everything from equipment to tactics, so it's a bit surprising to see them back and looking like... stormtroopers. Guess we'll see but those models certainly look like they're more guys with carapace and hotshots/hellguns/special weapons.
