Well nids... you got to be good for three months lol... as per tradition!
I'm not surprised they got hit hard, but what I AM surprised with is chaos daemons got no point breaks at all when they're struggling badly (and in for a ROUGH time in Nephilim til they get a new dex). Maybe that means a new codex on the horizon?
GSC not getting adjusted beyond 2 ppm on jackals was also quite surprising to me.
But my Necrons are pretty happy little robots right now!

Death Guard getting their changes reverted as TTL gets removed is a huge internal balance change for the codex itself, and the Plague Marine changes are just gas for your warmachine on top. Lists are going to change significantly I feel. Those poxwalkers on Typhus' shelf might be coming to a table near you soon.
Meanwhile, my Craftworld's list is taking about a 75-95 point hike to the face, which isn't terrible, but given how little wiggle room that list had it's definitely losing a unit. But not terrible considering I was basically a Biel-Tan goodstuff build and was likely to be collateral damage on nerfing the broken builds running about. I am finding solace in the fact I don't own a Nids army right now tho... holy smokes that's a kick in the nuts.

At least the FW greater daemons dropped 50pts, that’ll help right? RIGHT?

lol... yeah not so much... paying more than 600 points (for the cheapest one) for essentially an exalted greater daemon who normally costs 250 +1 CP is not something I'm willing to do!
but hey... I COULD do it at least lol

It increased by 225 points and has -1 CP to start under the new Nephilim rules... ummmm.... okay...

So here is my question
This field manual is comprehensive with regards to points values, however it addresses nowhere the ynnari tax on incubi + scourges. Is it safe to assume that those units now dont have an extra points cost in a ynnari detachment?

Aslo...Primaris Crusader squads, autobolt rifles, power fists, and the sword brother's weapons now have no cost....

Aslo...Primaris Crusader squads, autobolt rifles, power fists, and the sword brother's weapons now have no cost.... normally means they're free... lots of units have had their weapon costs rolled into their base cost.

Yeah it was just odd because its just not mentioned at all in the eldar or drukhari section...I know if I had done this I would have put an * note about it being removed

Did the math finally on my Craftworld's list for exact values, looks like my list-as-written goes up 90 points.
Bye Bye Scatter Bikes, hardly knew ye. Inexplicably, they nerfed Scatter Bikes, yet left Hail-Of-Doom Catapults and Cannons the same price as previously... So yeah... Sorry to my opponents I guess? I now am pushed to take either a cheaper and better or just straight better same price option instead of the strictly-worse one that haunts your 7th edition dreams? Makes sense.
Looks like Hawks took a nasty hit too going to 20ppm from 18ppm. There might be some rebalancing in the fast slot in Asuryani lists since Vypers stayed 40ppm and are now an ultra-value pick.

deathleaper went up 25 points
he was merely "decent" in the dex... why on earth would they up his points?
he's now the same points as a broodlord.
He's 50 points under a Trygon Prime... ummm what?
