Don’t want to bog down the tournament thread with noob questions.

Are warscroll battalions still a thing. I notice they are not on the updated points sheet?

Can any wizard cast an endless spell or do they need to be assigned to a specific wizard ?

Warscroll battalions are no longer a thing.

Endless spells are not assigned to a specific wizard. If you paid for it, any wizard in your army can cast it. Allies can cast the universals, but not the faction spells.
