I like to think of SoS as did the people you play place high then its better. Losing to the first and second place players is worth more than losing to the 8th place player.

So I'm sure this is kicking around in a lot of people head since the poor release of nephilum being under printed by almost 60% of player base.
With our club scheduled for Feb 18/19 is there a cut off day where if the new Ark mission pack come out AFTER we will not use it.
For example if the book comes out Jan 27th (last Friday of Jan) people would have 21 days to adjust and learn new missions/detactments/ and get ahold of the book. That seems not unreasonable but still a little rushed.
Is there a point if no return where we will use nephilum to make a even playing field.

I'm hoping that we'll get some date soon from GW. Given they've already started previews I'm thinking it'll be their January release as an easy sell during the very slow post xmas period.

Yes but even if this was the case, missions will be printed out for everyone and we'll just have to grab the other info (FOC/Secondaries) for everyone if we're short on books. hell, some people still haven't gotten Nephilim yet! even if I have to type up a cheat sheet for everyone to use, we'll make it happen, don't worry! |

I dont have nephilim or whatever the newest one is. I've played it tho, liked the changes to cp, and the way it really kinda made the expenditure of them really feel meaningful. pre and in game. |
