I'm registered on bcp gonna take today to think about what faction I'm gonna play. Never used BCP before is it pretty straight forward? My first time even seeing it was today... seems pretty straightforward. was able to register, get my list up pretty easily. I have no idea about recording matches etc. but startup was easy! |

I just registered on that BCP thingamadoo, it was pretty easy. I think I'm probably just going register a 1st round list with what I have painted, as i don't see the traitor gaurd being off thier paint handles anytime soon lol.

Sorry, what is "BCP", and how do I join it? best coast pairings It's an app that lots of bigger tournaments use to track scores and show pairings. It should be in the app store of whatever device you use. Once you get it all set up I basically just set the location to kingston and the league event popped right up. |

Me to my friend before joining the league:
"I think our games are weirdly skewed. You know I'm playing Nids, I know you're playing Tank Guard or Deep Custodes; I think it skews our lists. I think you're not supposed to know what you're up against."
Me now that I'm in the league:
"This is crazy! How am I supposed to make a list when I have no idea what I'm playing against?"

BCP is great!only used it a couple of times but at the end of you game you click on your pairing result and click submit.
It asks you for who went first and who scored what they usually do out of 100 pts everyone gets thr 10 for painting.
Then you click submit and it asked both players to enter thier pin code- 4 numbers to verify that the score was agreed upon. And poof.... as soon as the last match up is recorded it send out the next round pairing, it uses WLD system with points as tie breaker.

Well I've decided to go imperial knights since I just realized how much AoO takes the pigeon holing out of list building with them. Plus I haven't had an excuse to bring them out since the book launched and need an excuse to paint them. Hope everyone's ready for some big boys lol

I was trying to think about how the new missions helps Imperial Knights too. Nice that you don't get CP punished for taking a Castellan, and the ability to start in reserve is interesting if you are going second against a shooting heavy army.
