Well, picking Slaanesh is definitely challenging for WOC. Both Sigvald and the DP are vastly overpriced for what you are getting. Neither is spectacular in combat and the DP can easily be shot to death before he gets anywhere close to the enemy while a choppy enemy character can hack down Sigvald (think anyone with 1+ re-roll armour save). While both are very fluffy, I think the list would be far better off with a 4th level Slaanesh caster with the infernal puppet (a must for WoC) supported by a 2nd level slaanesh caster. This would ensure that your 4th level got the #6 spell, which is a real killer (12+ to cast, 24" range, every model takes toughness test or dies with no saves!!).
For the BSB, I would suggest the dawnstone to make him more survivable and may be a sword of might.
The troop choices look pretty good but I prefer the second list overall. Since the list already has a lot of S5 or better attacks, one option might be to use a marauder block as a tar pit with 40 (8 ranks of 5) with h/w, light armour and shield. Pin with this unit and then hit with giant/knights to get active wounds. It would also make it much easier for you to deal with horde armies since you could deny steadfast. With the points freed up, you could field a few more cheap deployments. Since the list is slaanesh, dogs are great as you can ignore panic or you could field a couple small units of 10 marauders with flails to hit the flanks. Dogs are likely better as they can keep up to screen the knights, are cheaper and would give you more throw away deployments so that your more important troops are where you really need them.

Hi guys here is the most up to date list. Frank thanks for the advice especially the marauders but i don't think i can go without a Daemon prince, for now at least, its just to much potential fun.
Lord 560 Daemon prince, lvl 4, MoS, Mantle of chaos, bloodcurdling roar
Hero 475 Rider of Slaanesh(exalted hero) - MoS, steed of slaanesh, charmed shield, soporific musk, sword of strife BSB - MoS, shield lvl 1 MoS, infernal puppet
Core all Mark of slaanesh 616 39 marauders with shields 10 marauder horsemen with flail, light armor, and throwing spears 35 marauders with flails
Special 219 3 dragon ogres with extra hand weapon,
Rare 530 2 giants of slaanesh
Well their it is Dragon ogres, giants and a Daemon prince all in one list should make for an interesting game. Note he lack of warriors in a warriors of chaos list cheers Bryan

Can't have duplicates of the same gift. I'd drop the Rider's special weapon so you could get a dawnstone on the BSB. Otherwise looks pretty good- though I wouldn't personally rely on marauders to do much other then tarpit.

Since you are keen on the DP and he really goes with the theme, I will leave it to you to play and adjust his gifts as experience leads you. The only strange thing I see right now is the mounted hero - what purpose does he serve? You already have a pile of S5 attacks and S6 attacks from the giants. If you drop the mounted exalted, you can give your BSB the protection he needs and perhaps a magic weapon, upgrade the wizard to 2nd level and still have points left over for free deployment dogs ;D

Given your exalted will be with the horsemen, it makes sense and will add a lot of punch to the unit. You may have to experiment with his magic items a bit but one option may be to charge him in against a war machine and then use the marauders to shoot up other things and raise mayhem. Against softer targets like T3/S3 infantry, they should do really well as they will negate ranks and inflict some serious hurt. Looking forward to seeing the army on the field of battle!!
