So I noticed something interesting since all the big chapters are still only represented w detachments that aren't locked to their faction
The takeaway from this was that my Black Tide templars army is possibly better as a Gladius Task Force than as Rhiteous crusaders
I would give up vows and the flexibility to have Lethal Hits, Sustained Hits, 6+++, or anti psyker
But I would gain 1 turn of advance and shoot 1 turn of advance and charge 1 turn if fall back and charge
Which seems like awesome buffs for my zealous horde

Heavily depends on if you have advance and charge on your leaders or ways to close the distance faster imo. The vows are really good and are always active. The anti psyker vow completely snubs tsons, gk, possibly eldar and tzeentch demons, lethal / sustained hits are always a welcome damage buff and 6+++ (straight ~17% damage reduction) and ld5+ army wide is also really good. Gladius lets you do turn 1 advance and shoot, turn 2 advance and charge which is also really strong.

It will also effect what bonuses for characters (cant remember what they are called, enhancements i think) and strats you have to play with.
But depending on those and the restrictions the 6+ fnp and 5+ leadership would be great for my iron hands.

Yeah, from what I understand using one of those detachments will limit you to named HQs and faction specific units of that subfaction plus all the generic stuff. We might see some really cool marines combos.
