I have a TS battleforce box from Christmas and some addons, here's what I'm looking at as a first draft:
Magnus The Red (Enhancement - Arcane Vortex)
Sorcerer Lord in Terminator Armor (Enhancement - Umbralefic Crystal)
10 x Scarab Occult Terminators
Inferno Combi-Bolters with 2 Hellfyre Missile Racks
10 x Scarab Occult Terminators

Infernal Master
10 x Rubric Marines
Warpflamers
Sorcerer

Inferno Boltguns w/ 1 Soulreaper Cannon

Magnus is in because I own him in the army box and he's pretty good. Pump up his attacks and damage with a relic and he's terrifying.
The SOT groups are using full bolters for maximum synergy with Ensorcelled Infusion strategem. Bolter fire becomes Psychic and picks up Devastating Wounds (or lethal/sustained hits) from the TS detachment rule. If flush with CP, can extend range for enabling rapid fire or reroll hits and wounds. One group has a Terminator Sorcerer leader who can teleport the squad, the other is close to Magnus to pick up +1 to hit and wound on Ensorcelled Infusion.
The 10 man Rubric squad is led by an Infernal Master, mostly because I'm running out of points. This squad is backup for clearing out enemy controlled objectives - Rubrics can reroll wound rolls for enemies on objectives I don't control and warpflamers ignore cover bonuses.
The 5 man Rubric squads are for holding backfield objectives. The attached Sorcerer means they can't be fired on outside of 18" range.
Most CP use is going into Ensorcelled Infusion for psychic weapon tag synergy. Add in a little Destined By Fate to recover from bad saving throw rolls, or some Devastating Sorcery and Sorcerous Might to pump up the psychic bolters under strategem.
Cabal points are going into Echos From The Warp to reuse quality strategems for 0CP and Twist of Fate to drop armor saves to zero.
This list is basically what I own. Here are the changes I might make in the future:
I might cut half a Terminator squad and the Infernal Master to add in a Mutalith Vortex Beast and Ahriman (only for Rubric buffing ability) to lead the 10 man Rubric squad. Could also slot in an Exalted Sorcerer to do the same job as Ahriman.
I might cut the rest of the terminator squad to fit in a second vortex beast and a Rhino to transport the 10 man Rubric flamer squad. I think at this point I could also swap out the second vortex beast for a squad of character assassinating Tzaangor Enlightened with a Shaman leader.
