First up, the wolves:
Ragnar Blackmane 6 Bladeguard Vets
Wolf Guard Battle Leader on Thunderwolf - Thunderhammer & Storm Shield + Black Death 6 Thunderwolf Cavalry - Storm Shields & Heirloom Weapons
5 Wolf Guard Terminators - 4 Storm Bolters, Assault Cannon, 3 Powerfists, 2 Chainfists 5 Heavy Intercessors Venerable Dreadnought - Blizzard Shield & Axe 6 Long Fangs - 5 Grav Cannons Vindicator Vindicator 5 Incursors - Haywire Mine 5 Incursors - Haywire Mine 3 Outriders
1990
Two big hammer units, taking advantage of Ragnar bestowing advance and charge to the Bladeguard to speed them up, and the massive TCav unit that is just a ton of meat with a 4++ to chew through.
The heavy ints, terminators and dread form the rest of the anvil while the fire support uses the synergy from the Incursors to setup bonuses to hit on key targets.
Not much else to say tactics wise. It's a blunt instrument that hits stuff hard.

Vindicators are so good. Costly but worth it.

Aeldari Ranger Force
Farseer Skyrunner 6 Windriders - Shuriken Cannons
Spiritseer - Fate's Messenger 5 Wraithguard - Wraithcannons
Wraithlord - 2x Missile Launcher, 2x Flamer, Ghostglaive Wraithlord - 2x Missile Launcher, 2x Flamer, Ghostglaive 10 Dire Avengers Wave Serpent - Twin Starcannon Crimson Hunter - 2x Bright Lance 10 Striking Scorpions 10 Rangers 10 Rangers Falcon - Pulse Laser, 2x Shuriken Cannon 5 Fire Dragons War Walker - 2x Bright Lance War Walker - 2x Bright Lance
1995
Trying to stay true to my Alaitoc roots here with a heavy emphasis on high mobility and ability to hit without getting hit back.
Wraiths and Grav Tanks provide some hard to remove anchors to help hold objectives while a hail of Shuriken and Laser/Lance fire does it's job.

Finally got my GSC rebuild figured out. I actually own most of this, I would need to pickup the Banewolf's (hellhound with chem cannon) another copy of the current Combat Patrol for GSC but otherwise I have pretty much everything else.
I'm not as sure of this being as functionally sound as the other lists, but GSC don't really deal with T11+ that well it seems, they really only have mining lasers and bs4+and 1 or D3 shots is not really great.
Characters
Patriarch - Warlord (leading purestrains) Acolyte Iconward (leading 20 model neos)
Battleline
10 Acolytes - Cult Icon, 4 Heavy Mining Weapons 10 Neophytes - Cult Icon, 2 Flamers 10 Neophytes - Cult Icon, 2 Flamers 20 Neophytes - Cult Icon, 4 Mining Lasers
Transports
Goliath Truck Goliath Truck Goliath Truck
Other
5 Abberants 5 Abberants 10 Purestrain Genestealers 2 Achilles Ridgerunners - Missile Launchers, Spotters 2 Achilles Ridgerunners - Missile Launchers, Spotters
Allied
Hellhound - Chem Cannon, Multi-Melta Hellhound - Chem Cannon, Multi-Melta
Tactics on this one will have to be flexible based on opposition but generally of the small neos, acolytes, and abberants, 3 will pile into the goliaths while the rest arrive from deep strike. The iconward and the big unit provides and anchor where units that are being recycled can spawn from and the goliaths act as forward pillboxes to help the melee threats close the distance.
Ridgerunners and hellhounds are fast threats that will hopefully inflict heavy damage to transports and heavy infantry while small arms fire and melee cleans up what they leave behind.
Heavy tanks like land raiders are a problem, but there just isn't a great solution I see other than mass heavy mining weapons or the one use demo charges. I considered maybe bringing a field battery with heavy las cannons but I'm not sure about that. Suggestions I might have overlooked are welcome here for sure.

A slightly different version that brings in several field ordnance batteries to help have heavier firepower against heavy vehicles. In exchange I drop a Goliath and my small neophyte units so there's a reduction in small arms fire and I move to 3 solo ridge runners instead of 2x2.

Man I wish the Crimson Hunter was atl east half decent. But no stealth, have to start in reserve, and no ability to turn extra or hover, is just garbage. Still the coolest looking model in the game though... Your list looks interesting. Very character light, Illic, and a Autarch Wayleaper would both be great choices to bring. Illic is definitely extremely tempting, the benefits he provides to a ranger unit, especially a full size one is very powerful.
I'm less interested in the wayleaper however, his ability to grant extra CP is nice, but I'm worried that aeldari characters are too squishy to run as lone operatives. T3 W4 is just not much damage to throw out, so once you get into that 12" bubble he likely pops like a balloon.
I have always tried to run very character light when I can, I definitely prefer having more units that can help influence the battle by piling on the firepower and overmatching in the early turns, especially since aeldari are so glass-cannon like in many matchups.
