I’m running black Templars, plan on using the vow that gives you sustained hits. Some leader abilities give your unit lethal hits. As I read the rules, you get sustained hits on the natural rolls of 6 AND you get the auto-wound of lethal hits. You then roll the wound rolls of the additional hits you scored as a result of sustained.
What does the forum think?

To my understanding that's correct.
The original "6" gives you the auto wound via lethal and an additional chance to wound due to sustained.

If you have both Sustained Hits X and Lethal Hits, on a Critical Hit you would score X additional hits (all of which must roll to wound, as normal) and a single automatic wound.

Yep, what Kevin said... the 6 makes a lethal, but the sustained hits must still roll to wound.
