1. How did you find having all the missions for the day laid out on a one pager, rather than a full page each mission?
It was great, i also like that they were available a couple days before hand for people to look over and/or print out before hand. I can see in that respect on what they mean by cutting some of the rules down, one page for three games is pretty good.
2. Was the table layout conducive to playing or was it too congested?
I mean was it congested, yes. It was hot and loud but it was playable. The worst part was when everyone was trying to get to their table.
3. Did it help having people bring tables worth of terrain to increase the density / variety?
Every table i played on seemed really good. the only problem was Ian's Falchion on my first table i played on with some little stuff but we made do and came to an agreement on how to deal with it.
4. How do you feel about Forgeworld / Legends going forward?
I haven't played against much for the most part it seems ok. The falchion in my first game took out two vindicators first turn, but i then blow it up with two redemptors in oath of moment (rolled really well) so im fine either way (tho i do own some legends and soon to own more) so id like legends to be an option but can understand if people dont want to play against them.
5. Did you like the functionality of BCP (for those who had it) to make matchups easier? (and potentially submitting scores too if we get that figured out?)
I only downloaded it after but it looks pretty cool i like that i can check the results and see how people did.
6. Is there anything we should do differently for our next tourney to make things better?
I think for a new tournament in a new edition maybe we could have decreased points a little just so newer players could get a full game in. Tho the games get faster the more you play, so i think it should be good in the future but the new edition first.
It was my first time using the tactical cards, but by the end i had got the hang of it.
