yeah, the grey seer comes with D3 warpstone tokens automatically... did you give him any other equipment? and which unit do you have pushing your bell?

gutter runners are great with poisoned slings... units of seven is optimal
slaves do better with shields rather than slings for the 6+ parry save. They never really do anything with the slings I've found.
If you have a grey seer, then a level 2 isn't a necessity, but if you want one that may work out for you.. remember they cannot duplicate spells.
that and the list you posted, even with command on your clanrats (I assumed you had full command) leaves you with over 500 points.... even adding 14 gutter runners kitted out with poison slings has you at around 300+ points left over.... you must be forgetting some stuff....

all other lists i see online have a unit to flank you should add a doomwheel or a unit of ogres to flank ppl

I hate using the ogres because my brother plays chaos so he just unloads tons of attaks and i have no save with the rat ogres.

you need to use the ogres on the flank, so he's not getting as many attacks.... hitting chaos on the front with ogres means a quick and nasty death....
but on the flank, you hit on 4's, wound on threes, and reduce the armor save by two... plus thunder stomp!
If you're playing against chaos alot, you need some heavy hitters... once your clanrats tie something up, slam the flank with something that hits hard, then you have ranks and kills....

I have flanked but the ogres ran ralied came back fled and ralied again so i use the hellpit abominations to hit hard because of impact hits D6 2D6 attaks and last of all thunder stomp you cant go wrong with them.
