There have been a fair few successful Death Guard lists, mostly riding on the Mortarion + Plagueburst Crawlers combo.
Ignoring modifiers is the single strongest aura in the game, and it gives Death Guard an absolutely huge advantage into C'Tan Necrons. And Death Guard!

There have been a fair few successful Death Guard lists, mostly riding on the Mortarion + Plagueburst Crawlers combo. Ignoring modifiers is the single strongest aura in the game, and it gives Death Guard an absolutely huge advantage into C'Tan Necrons. And Death Guard! Morty and trajann both feel pretty good with it right now. Morty Being an aura is very sweet. |

Half Damage is a modifier, so it doesn't apply to any Death Guard unit within 6" of Mortarion. |

Right the halves damage is a modifier but the damage” D6 +x “ is not a modifier.

Right the halves damage is a modifier but the damage” D6 +x “ is not a modifier. Depends. Melta is a modifier (d6 Damage +2 for Melta) but a Lascannon's static Damage characteristic of d6+1 is not a modifier, no. |
