So, odd question here, but bear with me.
Me and my friend want to start playing our small 1000 point forces against each other. We are still very early in learning the rules, so we would be slow and constantly looking up rules. That's why I want to go to Nexus on a day that it is less busy.
The general idea is that if it's busy, we would be taking valuable space from people that know what they are doing. This way, we can take all the time we need to play and learn. I know Saturday is the main 40K day, so we will avoid that.
With all that said, is there any day of the week that you lot would recommend as being best so my and my friend can go slow and learn?

So two things. First, no one would ever consdier new players to be "taking up space" so if you wanted to game on a Saturday people would be happy for you to, and there are always players who are happy to answer rules questions around. Second, if you'd still rather avoid Saturdays, most weekdays are pretty free during the day Hope to see you there some time

I agree with Trickster. Nobody is "taking up space" on Saturdays, regardless of the speed they are playing at. When and where do you think the rest of us learned? If you want a quiet day, Tuesdays are typically the slowest day in retail. And based on Tuesdays I have dropped in at Nexus, they are no exception.
