Here are two lists: One is the maximum I can field and the other a good ol' 1850 list
Flavor: With this big of an army, I'm obviosuly going for cheese. In terms of army build direction, I'm going for a close cross-over point between a CSM army and a Daemon army. I hope to add a modded Defile and some Obliterators to the list, some day.
I'm trying to depict the sort of progression from basic marine, through corrupted, to posessed to beyond. So, for example, a Marine would spend some time in a Troop Squad, then move up to a Chosen Marine where they'd work even more closely with other corrupted Marines and the gods themselves. After a time they'd start to develop as Posessed Marines. If the gods were feeling generous, or distracted, they may even reach such vaunted levels as that of the Spawn! Havocs would be "Obliterators in training" kind of deal. The Sorc Lord acts as a 'conductor' of sorts (despite the lack of Slaneesh in the army, hah!) for the progression, with a Daemon Prince overseeing everything.
Tactics:
Kharn would be joining up with the Berserkers and spearheading the assault. The squads of marines would be providing mobile fire support for said advance. Or taking objectives as the line is pushed over them.
The Sorc Lord would be joining up with the Thousand Sons and hunkering down on an objective or seeking out something big and nasty to tear apart with warp energies.
The Raptors would be joined with the Lord wielding the Daemon Weapon and most likely be pushing for a flank or objective. Possibly deep strike them, I dunno.
I'd actually keep the Daemon Prince in the rear, guarding the Havocs and any other squads that linger along the rear flank. Even if he ends up being a turn or two out of Assault range, he still has DoomBolt to reach out and touch someone with. Nothing better to deter pesky flanking maneuvers and deepstrikes like a big ol meatgrinder stalking about... waiting...
The Chosen and (rolling permitting) the Posessed will most certainly be making flanking maneuvers.
The Havoc squad would likely hunker down in some cover with a good firing arc and simply do what they do best. With a good mix of weaponry, and the Daemon Prince lurking about, they should be able to handle most anything that challenges them.
The Bikers role would be to get into a position of best opportunity for when the Lesser Daemons and Raptors are ready to enter play. With their Icon of Nurgle, a total of toughness 6 and with turbo-boosters, they should be able to survive long enough to pull it off.
