I can't check it here at work so I'll have to once I get home...but my guess is that this could be a sign that Inquision could be getting a new book soon.....they had the BA codex from the White Dwarf available for download when it came out and we wait for the new codex to come out.

They already posted on their site (a while back) that they wont do the allies thing anymore, every codex is on it's own.

I'm assuming then that these would be considered the "official tournament" acceptable rules then?
With the allied forces rules out, I no longer have need for the whole whack of guard which I was going to build this summer.

From what I've read, there now seems to be some indecision in that regard - both officially and otherwise - concerning this very issue.

Matt... may I suggest we don't disallow the allies rules in our tournies until something actually official comes out? (other than a PDF missing some pages)... If people have an official codex (ie: another hasn't been made yet) wouldn't it make sense for that to be allowed...?

It would very much, yeah Shannon....I agree that until GW comes out openly and says that Allies are NOT allowed, I will allow them to be used here.

....they've made an interesting post on their "what's new today" blog that says that the printed book and all it's contents are all legal... as are the pdfs.... and organizers are free to do whichever they like....
....nice that they cleared that all up eh?
