For the price of ten wolf guard with 4 claws, frost blade and two thunder hammer storm shields, I can have a lord with a frost blade, runic armour and melta bombs with 5 terminators, 4 with power fists 1 with a frost blade.
I have a rune lord already so I don't need another HQ, which would be better?
