Wanted to share the most infuriatingly incompetent review of a codex that I've ever seen: Beast of War's recent analysis of the current Tau Codex... I've always thought those guys had no idea what they were talking about but this episode comprehensively dispels any doubt. HERE

....so why is the one guy even doing a tau review given he states in this video he hasn't really even looked at the book very much....
this was pretty terrible.....

I just hope nobody new to the Tau army takes their opinions as good advice... not that I'm an authority by any means, but that was almost infuriatingly painful to watch.

yeah, what i thought they were saying in most of the video was, "why aren't they space marines"

I've always used that site for sneak peaks into the stuff coming out for smaller game systems, which it's quite good for...Their 40k reviews have always been poor IMO....that was just aweful.

I thought one of their few good points was that you had to know what you are doing to play them effectively. Currently, Tau are very unforgiving. Make too many mistakes and there is no saving yourself. True for most armies, but more so for Tau. I wager this will be a different conversation in a few months time.
