I was wondering what everyone's opinions on some of the fan made codexes out there were (more specifically if you'd consider them "legal" in friendly play).
I was taking a look at 1d4 chan's Rogue Trader Codex (http://1d4chan.org/stuff/Rogue_Trader_Codex.pdf) and thought it looked really cool to play, not to mention the conversions and stuff you could do with the models and I think that with a couple modifications it would make for a fair army points-wise. The changes that I think that would make it fair are:
+10 points to everyone in the entourage
double the hrud mercenary's costs (12 points a model)
double the tamed beast's cost as well as his upgrades (110 points)
double the looted vehicle's cost (100 points)
bring bikers down to 19 points/model
I'd like to try and put together an army for them and was just wondering if anyone would consider the army legal in friendly play (with the above changes in place).
