The nid FAQ has been updated. I have to finish reading it but it looks so far like Shadow in the Warp now effects enemy psykers in vehicles! (and it only took 1 1/2 years for this to be corrected).
- looks like a tyrant/swarmlord and tyrant guard only count as one kill point now.
- shadow in the warp reworded so that enemy psyker within 12" must roll an extra die for test and suffer perils on double 1s or 6s.
- enemy units initiative is not reduced to 1 when attacking nids in spore cloud from venomthrope, but all non-vehicle units still must take a dangerous terrain test.
Nice that a few of these things were clarified but unfortunately no amendments or serious errata to the rules. Didn't fix the warrior prime joining warriors in a pod issue either.

Aye, not too bad... I whole bunch of FAQs were updated (not Tau or BTs, though).

I think the nid impaler FAQ will still cause questions that I have seen raised on other forums. The FAQ says "wounds" regarding whether other types of cover saves are allowed beyond the terrain you are in. I don't see this as negating vehicle smoke for example because you don't wound vehicles. I imagine there will be a lot of debate about it on the net.

(plus that's how it seems to work) Ah the day has finally arrived where I can no longer be lashed with impunity from the safety of a rhino... gotta say, this one ruling alone makes me a very happy bug!
