I still love the daemon prince models so I'm going to try and make him work with this list
daemon prince lvl 4 of shadow
lvl 1 sorcerer with puppet and third eye of tzeentch
BSB with mark of tzeentch, 4+ ward, favour of the gods
2 big blocks of 30 chaos warriors with standard/musician, one with rage banner, one with rapturous standard (hard to break) both tzeentch
2 war shrines of tzeentch
hell cannon
the plan is for the daemon prince to be a flank holder instead of a killing machine, I have my current lord built to do the same thing, the prince is easier to kill but he can take lore of shadow with goes great with warriors, this list needs flank protection and I hate marauders and dogs so I need a stubborn lord. You have to be a greater wizard to take shadow and you can't have him and a stubborn lord so I found him as a compromise.
