Looks quite solid to me.... very solid scoring units... mobility on your terminators to strike key targets and be a general pain in the opponent's lines... long fang missile launchers which are pretty insanely good...
and I like the wolves... nice screen and the new models are actually pretty good!

You've got a really solid core of units there. There's a few minor weaknesses, but nothing that would prevent you from playing it. You'll definitely want to add some icing to your cake, but until you play some games you won't know if you want chocolate or vanilla icing.
Some things you might consider after a few games (there's a million other choices, these are just my suggestions):
Wolf Lord on Thunderwolf -> You could put him with the Wolves rather than the wolf guard and have him wreck stuff with a Thunderhammer or whatever. Wolf Lords have an insanely good statline, especially when mounted. Tooling them up can make them unstoppable.
Dreadnought in a Pod -> Would allow you to drop both your wolf guard in the opponents face T1 (Read: Drop Pod Assault Rule) and you could equip the dread with a heavy flamer to come in later from reserve and deal with things like scouts in cover, an infantry squad trying to slog it after your long fanged their ride, etc
Overall, you have a very solid core of a space wolf army, and you could easily take it in whatever direction you want.
