this is just a funny list i threw together that has a tonne of str 10 blasts in it it would ether do really good or horrible lol

Grand master halberd, orbital strike, and psychotroke grenades

3 x techmarines orbital strike, and psychotroke grenades
Troops
3 x warbands with 7 psykers, a mystic and 2 weapon smiths in chimeras (techmarines go here)
10 man terminator squad with thawn, 3 hammers, brother banner, 2 psycannons and the rest halberds.

nothing moves so they can fire all the orbitals, if you get close the psykers do their large blasts and the termies move up to fight. if you assault the warbands they have 3 d3 flamers over watch shots and psychotroke grenades
