In 6th you can only put half your units in reserve

well, half your units rounding up not counting units that MUST start in reserve (like dont count pods, but not trygons)

The exact ruling is "Half of your total units, rounded up, excluding units that MUST start in reserve"
There is no deep strike clause. ICs, and Dedicated transports are counted as part of the unit they are joining for the counting purposes. So you would need to deploy 4 of your 9 units in that list you posted, (Most likely the Stealers, Guant, Hive Tyrant and Raveners) Which would be proceeded to be shot off the board (since 6th is bloody)
Also, outflanking a tervigon is a terrible idea, since it's can't assault, and can't spawn any gaunts (Because it's at the start of turn/movement phase when the tervigon is off the table)

Why not run them on the board... they don't have to reserve!

Well I bought all my army to be mycetic/DS and now I have to run them on board its kinda ridiculous but I like the rules in general so I wont complain... I guess I will stick with my Daemon if I want to play like that...

Only two things in the list have spores... I'd actually recommend dropping the spore for the warriors... get them a prime and use LOS and positioning to protect them FAR better than a sport has... LOS happens first, then you can put the wound on another model, allowing you to abuse wound allocation even worse than in 5th ed. as you don't need differing equipment. Your prime eats anything that would ID a warrior...
You don't want to outflank your tervigon... just a bad idea to have such a valuable model come in right by your opponent's whole army... hive commander is just not needed.. waste of points... use that and the points you save on a sport to buy a prime... he's just ridiculously good
you don't want to deep strike a winged tyrant... you want to swoop so he's hit on 6's... just far better, and he can continue to shoot AND vector strike right from turn one
drop lists don't work with nids.... they're FAR better when units can support one another and you keep your synapse web strong... the changes to fearless are incredible for nids... synapse is vital...
I'd still drop doom in a spore... it's the best delivery system for him....
