Here's a bunch of stuff I don't normally use... thinking of ways that it could be used effectively to create a fast, multiple threat list, while still have a base synapse core and spawning potential. HQ: Parasite of Mortrex (joins gargs) Troops: 10 termagants Tervigon - cluster, catalyst, toxin sacs 5 lash whip/bonesword warriors Elite: 2 hive guard 2 hive guard 6 Ymgarl stealers Fast: 30 gargoyles - adrenals, toxin 6 raveners with rending claws Heavy: Trygon Trygon Trygon 1999 points basically the three trygons and raveners are fleet, the gargs/parasite fly while on a 3+ the ymgarls are charging something turn two (one of the few units that still can charge from "dormant" ie: quasi-reserve) so the vast majority of the army has decent potential turn two charges... the tervigon keeps home base synapse and spawns off babies on objectives (giving me at bare minimum three units that can sit on objectives) parasite provides forward synapse for gargs, trygons, raveners with the warriors hanging out by the hive guard advancing as a back up synapse node and counter charge element protecting the hive guard from assault S8 / AP3 shooting is obviously a danger... no way to really mitigate that, so attempting to flood the board with optimum targets for this weaponry so that it forces the opponent to choose between things that will hit his lines ASAP... 3 units of long fangs however will stop this list dead in the water

the alternative parasite list drops:
warriors, ymgarls, raveners
to add: 2 more units of tervigons identical to above and 2 more termagant units to make them troop... and 2 zoans in a brood for more psychic support / synapse
this would of course change the focus from fast strike from all sides to a full on spawning list, with melee backup from the trygons to whatever gets drown in gants...
