as you said its low on troops, maybe look at normal csm rather then the special ones but the ones you picks can ether kick face or are very tough or both so... can be good.
the only other thing i would say off hand since its very new so we don't know what some things with do yet is that i think you should keep the defiler cheap, since the battle cannon is ordinance all other weapons will be just snap fire, and with autocannon, heavyflamer and two power fists (am i the only one who thinks that chaos having power firsts so going last sucks?) means you have 5 weapons for the random weapon destruction but that's just me.

Yeah, as Jason said an HQ selection with a Mark of a chao god, unlocks the elite choice dedicated to that god as troops.
I think this list is very scattered, there's not really a focus. Not to mention you've thrown very cheap and very good regular CSM under the bus in favour of expensive cult troops.

since when aren't plague marines good troops???
two units of them holding an objective are extremely hard to shift... the khorne beserkers though aren't really going to be holding any objectives, as you want them running forward to kill things dead....
I'd second Jason's comments about saving some points on the defiler, might be able to shave a few more points to even get a cheap cultist unit to sit on an objective and hopefully not die...

I'm not saying Plague marines are bad, I'm just saying with the cover nerfs, and the rise of plasma guns, that they aren't what they used to be, and having only ~30 scoring bodies @ 2k is very light in the new edition, given the number of objective based missions.

T5 and FNP with fearless is hardly light in consideration to a scoring body. Plague marines are still the most durable troop in the game with T5, a 3+ armor save and feel no pain. The fact that they are 4+ poison in CC really just makes them that much better then they were. Again, don't see where you aren't understanding that in regards to a durable troop choice in the codex there is no alternative. In light of this I think the list is incredibly solid as is, you have your close combat shock unit in the form of the Berserkers with Kharn, and you have the Chaos Lord to help tie things up to keep your Plague marines safe. 20 Plague marines will always out last 40 regular Chaos Space Marines, so I think you're fine with your scoring. I would however drop the upgrades on the rhinos in favor of a power weapon or artifact for the Nurgle Lord... But otherwise I really like it.
Space Marines don't need 4+ scoring units to win games like guard do. You really only need two if they are truly durable and the rest of your list can compensate tactically.

also i think time with tell about if you need more troops or not, as i said earlyer, your troops are very tough or can kick face so it might end up being a very good list, only way to find out is play testing since i have only seen one person make a list they actually played with the new book yet and i didnt actually see the game cause i was playing ray lol

Deleted the posts that don't actually have anything to do with the list itself. Go argue about cult troops and marks in the chaos post in the general discussion forum.
