with the dirge casters i assume you want the plague marines in combat, so id sujest combi somethings since you can;t snap shot blasts and i assume you would want the rhinos to be moving fast.
now that might not be true if you dont want the plague marines in combat maybe take off the dirge casters unless its for the raptors to use not sure on how you want to play the army.
havocs look nice, lots of points but they should do a lot of damage, thought of maybe only one unit with flakk or two in each unit. although im not sure how your going to show which ones have it and which don't
can walkers overwatch? if so id keep the tl heavy flamer. i might keep it anyway since the havoc launcher can't fire when the battle cannon does since blasts can't be snap shot.
I assume typhus is going with the cultists?
my favorite nurgle powers are rot of nurgle and plague wind, but they all can be use full. since you have to take as least one i think they could work well with biomancy.
interesting list anyway hope you can test it out some time

well I might be dropping the extra havocs (and maybe MoN), and the defiler for another plague marine squad, then I might drop the raptors and maybe a level and some stuff off the sorcy for nurgle bikers

If your going to take 8 man Havocs, why not simply take MoN Oblits? Their essentially the same thing, and aren't completely useless if someone doesn't have flyers.

I can't illustrate just how bad heavy stubbers are, especially considering they're on BS 3 6+ AS cultists. cut those to make sure you're under 2k points and use the rest to maybe put power mauls on the biker Srgts or to upgrade the defiler to a triple ectoplasma cannon Forgefiend... After testing one out they put out some serious hurt. A turn where an important enemy unit is bunched up? Pop daemonforge and get almost every wound through.

for sure, the ectoplasma are really nice, even just the duel ones, i have two fiends in my khorne list with the duel ones and was thinking they would be good for anti infantry/ anti terminators / anti light vehicles and gets hot doesnt matter that much cause your more likely to regen a hull point then to get hot and loose one

With three ectoplasma cannons you're just as likely to get hot as you are to regen a hull-point, I think... so it even sout as lon gas you have enough other things in the army to draw fire.

I dunno, I was hoping for another heavy support thing with more range :/ and I've had pretty bad luck with short range uber guns so, mauls instead of the stubbers?
