Played a version of this list and slowly playing around with it to make it slightly better for a tournament army, this is what I'm looking at ATM. Dark Eldar HQ Succubus (Agonizer, Haywire grenades) Archon (Huskblade, Agonizer, Combat drugs, Soul trap, shadow field Troops 5x 5 warriors with blasters in Venoms (S. Cannon, Night shields) Heavy support 3x Ravager (Night Shield) Eldar HQ Farseer (Warding, Witnessing, Spirit stones, Doom, Guide, Fortune) Elite 10 Harlequins (Shadowseer, 10x Harlequin Kisses) Troops 2x 3 Guardian jetbikes Heavy support 3 Warwalker in a single squadron (2x Scatter laser on each) So yeah, uses mostly models I already have and seems decently potent- the super fast scoring units though fragile can usually get the job done so I'm happy with it. If the Harleystar is ignored it rapes whatever troops it gets near (other then plague marines apparently ) and requires a significant amount of the enemy's attention to take down.

Looks solid to me, I assume the Succy/Archon/Farseer are joining the Harlies to form the Bro-star.
I particularly like the setup on the Farseer, I've used it before plenty and find it's cheaper and just as good as Eldrad, as often eldrad's 3rd power goes to waste anyways, plus you get to keep Fleet on your bro-star.
Scoring durability is obviously a big issue for these two armies, and it seems like you've solved that pretty well. minimum 7 scoring units is a number usually only seen in Nids lists, and you've certainly got torrent of fire going for you.
AT is pretty good, with the obviously exception in the anti-flier category, but unless someone is dropping ignores cover templates on you, your laughing anyways, and even then, 5++ rerollables is nothing to sneeze at.

Night shields goes a long way to mitigating the incoming fire for the Dark Eldar pieces, the bikes are in reserve and yeah - 2+ rerollable cover saves most of the time for the harleystar make it rather durable.

2 other things to note as well:
Not sure if there's any ruling on this in the rulebook since I haven't used harlies in 6th. Is since their ignore terrain, and the ICs who've joined the unit do not, do they get slowed down only if the characters have to move through terrain? If so awesome. But I have a feeling that won't be the way it works.
Secondly, with Harlies (in 5th at least) I've always found they work extremely well as long as you don't throw them at anything with a high Invul save. And remember you have Hit and Run, don't try to let them maul through combat in successive rounds, with base int 6? hit and run should be as easy as "I rolled a 3+, I break off successfully", that extra point of strength from FC is HUGE, and combined with doom will put a ton of wounds on an enemy unit. Don't forget Hit and Run! (Plus, you don't have to fall back, you can hit and run any direction, even right into the middle of the opponents army!)

As terrain as per cover is on a per model basis I would also assume moving through it would be as well.

It doesn't have Eldrad, therefore it's far superior to any other list that includes eldar in it...
.... that and the rest of the list looks pretty cool too... lots of poison shots, long range anti-tank, and some nasty close combat... looks like you've got your bases covered well...

It's what I would have likely run if I had the Venoms.
After playing in the tournament, I've already gone with dropping Vect/Eldrad and running regular versions instead for the extra points it gets me. Just having fully figured out where to put those points yet.
I was also looking at switching my Reavers for regular Eldar jbikes for the better Armour & scoring

Elves are sissies.
Even space elves.
Also, burn it with fire.
