Rough Idea for 2000 points
Samael + command w ravenwing banner grenade launcher
Libby lvl 2 on bike command grenade launcher
3 x 6 bikes 2 pg, attack bike mm speeder mm
2 shrouded w assault cannon
6 or 7 ravenwing knights figuring their set up
Good mix of anti tank, elite troop and infantry killers Could use one of the big banners, can shroud large chunck of army I think it could work. Thoughts

I like it quite a bit. Pretty close to what I wanted to turn my Scars into honestly. I'm a bit concerned about lack of any actual boots to get into buildings and stuff, but that's still a pretty solid looking chunk. What is PG and what does a Ravenwing Grenade Launcher do?

Pg plasma gun Launcher important ones are rad grenade -1 toughness on unit hit by one. Stasis grenade -1on wS and initiative until end of turn
If you reeally wanted could drop Ravenwing knight unit for a DW knights unit about same cost

version #2 drop ravenwing black knights for one of the flyers leaves 37 to 57 points to play with
or a third version could drop the ravenwing black knights and one attack bike for a min sized deathwing knight squad with a perfidious relic of the unforgiven for some boots on the ground
I am leaning towards #1

Drop the second command squad, give the libby a power field generator, buy more troops/black knights.
I'd also think twice about using the single model units of attached speeders and attack bikes. They're free KP or VP (which is worse, one of those is equal to 1/3 of the total unit cost for VP). The days of suicide melta are long gone, since AV14 targets of opportunity are long past.

If not mistaken the generator gives friends and foes a 4+ save. The kp Vp thing could come up but I was looking at those vehickes to target artillery and other fast threats ie other spoeeders n bikes or walkers or dreads.

Yeah, it gives everyone within 3" a save. If you're assaulting with the kit you have, something has gone terribly wrong, or you have no other choice for whatever reason so that shouldn't be a problem. If you don't like it, just give the Libby a Displacer Field, 'cause that 3++ is just hilarious.
Trust me, it comes up. The speeders are just free points, and the attack bikes are slightly less so, since even with scouts, anyone with a clue isn't going to drop a target of priority in front of them. And lets not even mention if you lose the first turn.
