Ok so what i might try this saturday with what i have (or what i will have) thrown into a list.
Hq
Fate weaver
2 x Heralds of Tzeetch level 2's with conjuration and greater rewards
Herald same as above but on a disc
Herald of Khorne Exalted reward, and fury
Troops
2 x 15 horrors
19 Blood letters
Fast
6 Screamers
Heavy
Soul grinder of Tzeetch
Burning Chariot of Tzeetch greater reward
Daemon prince of Tzeetch, wings, Level 3, armour, 2 greater and one lesser reward
2000 points on the nose
the reason for the exalted reward on the khorne herald is that i want him to take the grimour of true names, so he can have a 2/3 chance of giving the unit a 3+ invul save, (which fate weaver can make him re roll) which will make the unit kind of survivable at range. The prince will try for iron arms in biomancy and if he gets that he will take tzeetch. The heralds will take prescince and then tzeetch. Not the best list but most of what i have right now and should be fun as well as trying some of the stuff in the codex out. the only other things i will have is two more chariot heralds (using my third as the burning chariot) and a daemon prince counts as. im proxying the two heralds on foot as it is.

sooo, gave it a try and well, burning chariot is crap, dies to a stiff breeze. The daemon prince is way too expensive. Just to die. Need anouther soul grinder if not two. The blood letters survived longer then expected, the grimour of true names worked like a charm. But they died to terminators. Horrors didnt do much but i need to get them closer, maybe deep strike a unit.
Will try a variant of it as i hope it will work better against non grey knights lol

remember, you were playing against grey knights...
I'm finding with daemons that every win is a close one... it's definitely not a codex you can easily win with... so much depends on a random roll (ie: today getting two turns in a roll with -1 to my invuls basicaly made me tabled by guard/wolves)

oh yah i know about the grey knights thing. The daemon prince was oner 350 points flying around and got shot up. and the chariot got killed in one round of shooting with 4 str 8 shots lol. The soul grinder didnt have much of a chance to do much but the pre science re rolls help, but warp gaze isn't worth it for the such a short range. Ill switch to phlem

yep phlegm is the superior choice for sure... also unless you're going for a mono list or a pure assault build, nurgle is the superior mark
chariot needs to hide in order to grab a 4+ or deep strike in to get some sweet side / rear shots on something...
popping a transport or two and dropping an AP3 large blast on the contents is a very nice combo... as is taking out a couple of heavy armor threats... I think the chariots are going to shine with deep striking when there's alot of threats to them...
Your daemon prince was probably 100 points over costed... so too many points wasted there that could have been more assault troops...
bloodletters will lose to terminators... they'll just get rocked by them most times... in fact any of the daemon core troops are going to die to terminators... most of the elites too... maybe fiends could take them on... but terminators need to be ripped apart by MC's or psychic attacks... or just shoot the hell out of them to force saves... I certainly roll my share of 1's... so will they!
(don't send crushers against them either... they'll get hammered into next week!)
now this is with respect to TH/SS terminators... the other kind are much easier to deal with...

yeah for sure, and grey knight terminators are hard for my army to deal with as most of my ap 1 or 2 weapons are psychic shooting attacks and well they had me a ld 6 for casting and they had a 5+ deny the witch lol.
but mostly a fun list, the random ness is pretty crazy. so many psychic powers and rewards to roll for before the game was funny lol
