It’s been a long time since I did anything, but I felt like picking up a sculpting tool today and spent half an hour beginning the bas relief on one of Harlock’s Pauldrons. His bird (Mr. Bird; yeah…really) always sits on his right shoulder and as such I felt it fitting to put Mr. Bird onto the pauldron of the knight so even when in his customized Imperial Knight Harlock still has Mr. Bird where he should be. Obviously there's a LOT more to do. Attachments:

Well, the first painting I’ve done in a while was on the central objective in a new Club Championship mission and today I began work on the backlog of primed but not painted Nurgle models that have sat in my travel case since the Iron Man tourney. First up… the dreaded Typhon Heavy Siege Tank. Should be done by early next week; I’ll be sure to post a finished photo.

I started painting because I'm running out of time if I want to paint up the unpainted stuff at a lazy pace, lol. If nothing changes in the CSM dex (ha, a ha, a ha...ha...ha...) then I've got a whack of zombies to do but until then I know that IA:13 is still viable so I'm beginning with my FW units.

I am not generally a fan of Nurgle stuff, but the Typhon and Sicaran look just awesome!
