Can't thank you enough for doing such amazing work Matt, maybe I'll take it easy on ya with the stormsurge! Now I have to finish the rest of my army.

Club Champs are close enough I should get to work. Awaiting my pickup of primer this evening, an Exalted Sorcerer! Kit bashed together from the new exalted sorcerer box, a Prospero MK III backpack, FW MK III shoulder pads & FW head upgrade. Attachments:

A few shots of Pask in his "Belacane Punisher" Skull & crossbones are for the whole “Harlock crew” theme army I’m doing. The red smoke still needs a ton of work to look like smoke, the hydraulic rams need a grime ring just before they terminate to simulate actual accumulated hydraulic grime. Hydraulic lines need color and weathering, Overall, lots of work left to do as I haven’t even begun on Pask yet. It’s a bit tough to tell but the main body already has 5 layers of work on it. It’s not taking too long unless I get really fussy with the sponge chipping, only problem is; once I’ve gotten to step 4 there’s no going back, I’ve got to manage any screw-ups pretty hard as I’d have to re-paint the whole thing if I mess up. 1. Matte Black Primer 2. Rough Drybrush of P3 Pig Iron 3. Nuln Oil 4. P3 Pig Iron sponge chipping 5. P3 Quick Silver sponge chipping Thoughts, and critiques are always welcome. Attachments:

Amazing work as always! I watched a video about doing hydraulics when I was painting my Knight. It said to keep the piston clean with "grease" at the bottom where it would get pushed as the piston retracted.

Yeah, thankfully I see enough of them at my work that I've got a good grasp on what they should look like pretty down pat.

I used agrax earth shade gloss. What are you using?

Nuln oil with fines (dirt particles that pass the #200 sieve)
