Well here is my story:
I bought some deathcompany but 1 (ONE!) shoulder pad didn't inject, so they sent me a new box for free, then less than a week later I bought a rhino, the back ramp was warped so I got a new one.... but I just opened it like half and hour ago and the mold was kinda messed up, I wont post pics, but it is basically almost all flat spaces are uneven (barely enough to show be can see IRL pretty quickly) and one spot (that no one would ever see anyways) looked like a peice of plastic was ripped off of it, so should I call and ask for a new one? I dunno this all happened in a month so they might not give me but I dunno.... its not like I cant send them pics.
thoughts?

If it's something unnoticeable, I wouldn't worry about it... issues with the molds are pretty common in alot of kits... those pricey blood knight kits ($110 bucks for 5) often didn't even match up properly... ditto with the stegadon kit....
if it's something a bit of miliput can fix, don't worry about it... if it's really messed up and you want a new one, I'd say something....

So far this (replacing missing or messed up parts) has been a great service for customers as far as I am aware. Hopefully your part will be fine. If only GW carried this approach to customer service with their codexes and put out errata to correct units whose rules do not work or have stat lines/points costs that are off making the unit not really worthwhile.

So you now have 10 DC and 3 Rhinos for the price of 2 kits. Well done! I thought GW was done with the whole "send free stuff no questions asked" because they were getting ripped off so much....people were realizing they asked NOTHING and just calling and getting things sent to them at random.
Last I had a problem they had wanted the kit sent in after which it would be replaced....
This is good to know.
