Since Kingcon was 2000pts for 40K and Fantasy upgrade to 2400pts I just want to know did 40K will upgrade to 2000 pts for next Nexus tournament...

I'd have to say not likely. The 2000pt for King Con is usually because it's a much bigger event (around 30 players they last couple years) so the game points are raised.
To my knowledge the Fantasy point game was raised to 2400 to make the point %'s easier to work with.

How did you find 2k played compared to 1850? (wasn't at King-con myself)
does that point level play better or worse in your opinion?

Some games went really quickly, while some only got in a couple turns.
I've always found that in 40K, more points means that tough armies get tougher and if you play a hordish army it makes the game slower since you end up having to deal with moving more models.
But it can also be said that the extra points allows some armies to put together unit combinations that they can't easily do with less points which can help an army that is viewed as being weaker actually put up a good fight.
But if you've ever been to 40K 'Ard Boyz then you've likely seen what happens when you give players access to more points and they go for cheese. Same can happen at normal tournaments too when you add more points.

I pretty much agree with Randy, for me I dont mind if its 1850 or 2000 I just want to know what you guys think so I can set up a list and practice for next tournament and also for my IG I want to know if Im doing a 1850 or 2000 pts list....
