I'm assuming it's one of those iPad games where it's free until you actually want to do anything?
Still, I'll give it a try.

Would love to try it, but as usual Android gets left behind for now

Just downloaded it, checking it out. Certainly cool looking, but definitely one of those "Clash of Clans" style things where really excelling in it is going to take some cash. I'll keep screwing around with it I'm sure though, always room for something I can poke while killing time out and about....might be able to at least FUNCTION without spending cash.
Shame though, I would have paid 20 bucks for the game if it just straight up unlocked everything....spending 5 bucks on a resource pack just seems so much more unreasonable for some reason.

don't they all these days? Yeah, they generally do. And in those situations it becomes a "pay to win" sort of thing where the people who actually pay for things in the game just pillage those who don't. As Matt said, if it came with a paid version where things were all unlocked, I'd actually be interested. Otherwise, constantly being destroyed seems like a waste of my time
