It's here! The Mechanicus Ordinatus Ulator! Here's some excerpts from the qriteup on FW's site. "A rare and truly arcane weapon system of staggering power, the Mechanicum Ordinatus Ulator is of the smaller classes of Ordinatus, but nevertheless is one of the most potent war machines at the Imperium’s disposal. Uhmmmm... Pardon'? Smaller class of Ordinatus... (someobody's compensating) And the good stuff, rules & availability. "The Ordinatus Ulator carries a trio of Volkite Culverins as its secondary armaments, but its primary weapon is the Ulator class Sonic Destructor. A terrifying weapon whose origins lie in the shadows of the Age of Strife, the Sonic Destructor generates a wave of annihilation that wreaks havoc across the battlefield. The Mechanicum Ordinatus Ulator is a Lords of War choice for Mechanicum armies in Horus Heresy games. It can also be taken as a Lords of War Choice by Adeptus Mechanicum: Cult Mechanicus and Skitarii armies in games of Warhammer 40,000 using the rules found in The Horus Heresy: Mechanicum – Taghmata Army List." That's right, if you buy the HH Mechanicum list for 30K you get to just use those rules for the 40k version proving that unlike everyone else in the universe, the Mechanicum actually know how to change the oil and tighten the occasional bolt in their shit. Techmarines, Warpsmiths's take note; that's important. www.forgeworld.co.uk/en-CA/Mechanicum-Ordinatus-Ulator?utm_campaign=c7b8b08491-FW__2015_12_04_New_Products&utm_source=forgeworld.co.uk&utm_medium=email&utm_term=0_a6ef0a01da-c7b8b08491-115931593&_requestid=6435274

It can also be taken as a Lords of War Choice by Adeptus Mechanicum: Cult Mechanicus and Skitarii armies in games of Warhammer 40,000 using the rules found in The Horus Heresy: Mechanicum – Taghmata Army List." If only we can get some level of confirmation on how that Taghmata stuff applies to the Cult and Skitarii lists in general. I'd love to add some of it in to my AdMech stuff, it'd make taking a list that WASN'T War Convocation much more possible, but it's such a grey area right now.

it sounds like for that specific model at least, those are the rules you use for both 40k and heresy... that doesn't of course mean all the rules are compatible, but I think for this model in particular they're saying it pretty clearly is the same for both.

It costs as much as the supremacy armour for tau? It looks like it's a good size but no where near as big as the supremacy armour.

It's pretty damn big by the looks of it. not tall but it may not fit in a 12" deployment zone.

Maybe I'm just not good at judging size from the pic.
On a second look of the pics next to models they do seem to be about the same hight if you stood this up. But the supremacy armour is a lot beefyer. Lot more volume to it.
That said the model is very nice and does fit the army. Looks like a steam punk death ray. Which if I had to pick a low for the army it would either be steam punk death ray or a steam punk crazy train thing.
