One or two pieces per trip to the library and it'll be printed in no time!

The stealth suits from last months painting challenge are 90% done. Just need some lenses, jewels, and basing. Went for a half-cloaked look on the leader. I think it will really work when the base is on there

Commander for this months challenge, same kind of progress as the stealth team. Base, jewels and lenses to go.

Drones! 14 shield drones to be exact. A WIP right now, but hoping to get these done for Saturday, as I'll be using every single one in a doubles tournament in Peterborough. All the while, I have the transfers on my Commander, and now just need to do jewels and base him and those stealth suits, also by Saturday....

Getting there. Need to do most of the red highlights, and all the bone ones. Then transfers. Then seal 'em up. Pretty pleased with the bases though. Finally settled on a way to quickly and securely get the tiny gravel stuff to stay. A couple of drops of high grade PVA, smeared thickly everywhere with a ratty paintbrush. To be honest, I have no idea why I wasn't doing that in the first place. I guess I convinced my self that without being watered down, the glue wouldn't spread. Looking back, I think its because when I first got back into the hobby all my paintbrushes were new, and I had to justify why I didn't want to get one all covered in glue. Anyways, I'll try and get as many of them finished and sealed before packing up for the doubles tournament in Peterborough tomorrow. I'll also wrap up the commander and stealth suits you see in the background and add them to the painting challenge threads.

If you want to pop by and use my spray booth just let me know. I've also got a few cans of army painter matte if you run out with a drone or two left.

I think I have two cans myself, but I'll need to find them, as they were in the part of the basement that flooded. They should be fine though.

Drones done. All sealed up with markings on all of them. The transfers that come in the new T'au kits really work with my colour scheme, so I lucked out there. Oh god, I just realized I have another 16 to do for a pet project coming up.... Oh well, at least I have a rhythm going.

I haven't been updating this thread as, instead posting my stuff in the painting challenge threads. However, I like to look back through this one from time to time, and I'd like to use it more as a "blog" of sorts. So I may start double posting a bit. Thankfully, all my images are hosted elsewhere, so I won't be hogging too much of the forums bandwidth (I hope). Tigershark getting closer to done. I got this model before I even moved, so it's probably spent the longest time "in progress" out of anything in my whole collection. I'll be happy to see it finally fully painted, as I've started to use it quite frequently.
