yes, but unless he has 10's on all his stats, as well as some crazy rules and cost over 1000 points he wont live up to his hype lol.

Mastery level 19.5, harnesses on a 2+ rerollable (infinite rerolls) if he perils he doesn't take the result. Instead, every model in the enemy army does, as pure warp energy shines out Big E's butt hole.

Instead, every model in the enemy army does, as pure warp energy shines out Big E's butt hole. i was more thinking he would have a special rule like "warp master, the emperor of man doesn't generate warp charges like a normal psyker since he is the orignal and most powerful of all psykers so instead you pick any number of psykic powers and he automatically casts them with no denying allowed. also when the enemy casts a psykic power the emperor can choose to deny from any range and count as using as many dice as the caster used to cast but the result is all 6's" lol |
