OK here is it. I have been toying with two different ideas.
with my commander, should i give him a weapon and a twin linked weapon. He has BS 5 so would twin linked be used that much? or should i just give him two weapons and a shield generator, or even three weapons, can he even use three weapons?
The second is with my crisis suits should i not give them twin linked weapons and give them targeting array instead. would put them from a BS3 to a BS 4 but without one weapon twin linked

I think a Shas'O can be happy hitting 5/6 times with something; I don't feel it needs a twin-linked weapon.
With the high ballistic skill, I would want to throw a couple weapons on it... weapons that are able to fire each round and either hit really hard or fire tons of shots.
Regarding Shas'Vre, I think equipping TAs is a no-brainer. I probably wouldn't bother for Shas'Ui, though, unless it's a Monat sporting twin FBs (as a deepstriking tank hunter) or twin MPs (as a long ranged transport killer). For regular squads, I'd invest in a target lock or two, to effectively improve your volume of fire.

now for the regular fire warrior squads if i put the multi tracker on the leader would that make them able to move and still do the 30 range and 2 shots or does it do anything i know for tanks it makes them able to move and fire both weapons right? or since they only have one weapon does it not do anything

Well, for vehicles, the multitracker allows it to fire its weapons as if it was a fast vehicle, but it doesn't actually allow it to move fast. Typically, this means that it could move cruising speed and fire one weapon or move combat speed and fire all weapons.
For infantry, the multitracker doesn't help much; it's more important for the Crisis suits.

ok cool thanks. I was thinking it ether did nothing or it by passed the 12 inches instead of 30 and only one shot rather then 2 for the repeater weapons. If it did that it would be worth it but its not if it does nothing

The infantry multitracker is a bone of contention about what was intended for its use. There is no description under infantry wargear for it and the battlesuit description describes it as allowing the firing of two battlesuit weapon systems, of which the FW Shas'ui cannot access. Though the Infantry armoury note says hardwired systems let non-battlesuit units to have access to some battlesuit support systems. Whew!
So do they have access to a support system for weapon systems they cannot use?
The most common interpretation I have seen is that it allows the Shas'ui to fire both his pulse rifle and markerlight in the same turn. I don;t believe it has ever been addressed by revision or FAQ. It would be best to agree with your opponent beforehand if that is how you wish to play it.

Hmmm i still don't think its something i would invest in. Im thinking with target lock the firewarriors can fire at the infantry and the shas'ui can marker light a character or tansport for my crisis suits to take out. While the broadsides go for tanks, and the hammerhead goes for everything lol

I like that: if I ran Warriors on foot, that's exactly how I'd do it too... albeit with squad size 9 and a bonding knife.

It's in the rules under dedicated transports, iirc.

I love the cyclic ion blaster, actually. That said, I don't use it because I favour the plasma rifle and missile pod so much. If I was to equip a special issue weapon, it would be the airbursting fragmentation projector so I could better threaten light infantry in cover, especially since most things that can get a 2+ cover save have poor armour, which the afp will often ignore.
Regarding seeker missiles, if you really want to buy them on vehicles, I like the idea of putting them on Piranhas, running them along the sides of the board early in the game, and firing them so you get side armour shots. Otherwise, I'm not a fan.
