Well, everyone getting mini-fly is pretty good. That and tactical squads having an effective leadership of 9, with a re-roll means moral is going to be a minimal issue. 4 guys dead and then roll a double 6 to only lose one more.

retreating from combat and still firing is a very powerful mechanic... not much downside at all!
