Good article. Item 2 - walk your opponent through your army. Most of us do it, but there are some (maybe 10%) who don't. Whether this is to obtain an advantage by keeping the opponent ignorant of that army's capabilities or just rudeness I am never entirely certain. Item 5 - role the ****ing dice. Have to agree with this one. 1" drops or picking your dice out of my hair, don't need either of them. Item 6 - pick out misses OR hits. Make up your mind. I run in to the other items once in a while, but those stand out to me. Also, if you are using dice with odd markings, please both explain them to your opponent and refrain from rolling, saying something like "okay" to yourself, and then speedily scooping them up from the table before explaining the results. Re-reading this, I apparently have dice issues.

custom dice markings are one of my personal pet peeves. They all have to be the same facing or you can't use them! No mixing "oh these ones are sixes and these ones are 1's"
When people do that they're saying to their opponent - I might be cheating you. (even if they aren't)
it NEVER makes someone feel better about the game. So don't do it.

Dice having symbols that are inconsistent are a pet peeve of mine, so I always make sure to point out to my opponent that my dice have the symbol on the 6, and are all the exact same. *Edit* I wrote this before I saw Shannon's comment, I just had to close it while the boss was in the room!
I always pick out misses, so my opponent can see everything and also correct me if there's something I missed (like a -1 for a supersonic flyer)
One of the things mentioned in the article which I think I may do too much is "narrating" the game. I always, always call out the "to hit", "to wound", and "to save" rolls needed, for myself AND my opponent (if they're not doing it themselves). A lot of the time when I'm doing it during my opponents turn, I'm doing it more for my sake because to help with the whole whack of math in my head. I've always been more of an auditory person, and hearing myself actually say the rolls required helps me process the game. Not sure if that grates on people's nerves though. It might come across as me being patronizing, like my opponent doesn't know their army and I'm trying to show off or something. Not the case!
Maybe going forward I'll just state that it's just something I do at the beginning of the game.

I agree with all of this. And I have done the same thing. Where I'm like I hit in 3s. And my opponent is like no 4s cause of this. Because I forgot. Trying to remember all the armies is hard. I also totally agree about the if you are winning or losing still try to have fun. Yes it's very hard some times when you army is being slaughtered but it's a game. Great article Edit: I also hate the dice thing. I try to get ones they are the same but my tzeentch dice have two on them. Ones and 6s. I hate them

Lukas is one of the best guys I've played against for transparency and understanding. I do this for my own army in my games for the same reason. If my opponent isn't familiar with my army then talking them through what's happening keeps everyone on the same page.

I like it when Lukas comes over and narrates MY games...
...it's like Morgan Freeman is there.... very soothing

I always narrate like crazy. Especially helps when you're running Stormhawk interceptors with about a million modifications to their dice occurring. I've had those buggers hit on 2s, 3s, 4s and 5s all in one shooting phase
