Im looking to some 1850 BA list on the internet and most people are using 1 or 2 Furioso Librarian. Did I miss something? Are they that good? because at least 90% list use them and I dont understand why.

Flying AV 13 dread is my theory. I5 with a S6-8 force weapon? Not sure how much these guys cost but they seem fairly nasty.

175 pts and why I5 they are I4 unless you roll a 1 for your Redthirst.

Well if didn't work all the well in the one game I ran one. He was popped by meltas pretty quick, even with the Cover save power. Mind you against anything other than Matt's uber termie list, they may do better  |

It is a good list to pit your's against since it is a very tough nut to crack....if you can stand up to it or even pull out a win, then likely you've got yourself a decent list  |

I don't really know alot about Librarians, and nothing about the BA Librarian, but things like Psychic Hoods and Runes of Warding make 175 points sound like alot to me.
