Boyz scaled a little strangely in the Index, didn't they? Wasn't it 5 PL for the first 10, and then 4 PL for each 10 thereafter?
I wouldn't be surprised to see no points change for Boyz, but their PL altered to 4 PL initially, and 4 PL more for each group of 10 after the first.

Do you think there is a coincidence with the release of the new ork codex on the same day they rerelease Sly Marbro model with a dead ork on his base....

Also I missed it the first time but Ork trukks are moving from PL 5 (82 pts) to PL 3. So that would make trukks 50 pts a piece NOT 82. hopefully this is the start to GW bring transports back into the game in a meaningful way.( other than DE who had it pretty good transport wise)

The way Tellyporta is written, it definitely does not get around the turn one deepstrike restriction. The only things that do currently are for things that start the battle on the table.

27.5 pounds is $47 CND so guessing $50.00-59.00 per buggie. We shall see how this shakes out.

Time to dust off my Stompa components, finish assembly, and get that big boy painted!

The mek shop seems like it will see an much play as the terrain piece that the knights got, trade a turn for a buff. Giving up a turn of good stuff for some ok buffs , and 16.7 chance to hit that 6 for a big buff doesn't seem worth it at all, MAYBE if you got a Gork/mork/stompa in there and got to T9 i'd say it did something good.
Bad moons seem like they have the strongest Klan trait so far, that re-roll 1's in shooting is huge. Gives a big buffs to lootas, shoota boys and that new shokk attack buggie hit on 3+ re-roll ones, you have yourself a marine there!
Morkanaut looks like it will actually see some play now, the Gork was just a lot better than it but with the main gun fix I could see the Mork with KFF holding the lines in a lot of ork lists.
The Stompa feels like they put a tiny band-aid on a gun shot wound :/ . It looks like it got this big improvement but until I see it all on paper I'm disappointed. It STILL has a 4 tier profile! going from 3+ to 6+, I have no clue why they didn't go with the 3 tier like all other common super heavies(bane blades, knights etc) 40-26 3+, 25-10 4+, 9-1 5+. It still is only 40 w on T8 on 3+ save, it sounds like a lot but it really isn't. At the 1st team tournament when Alissa took one 2/6 games it had less then 6 wounds left after turn 1. Until I see it has come down in points, gained a 5+ invul v shooting like a knight or is T9 , I'm not impressed by the 977 pt price tag, EVEN with its upgraded guns.
Still very excited for all the non stompa stuff and maybe the stompa will have come down into the 700 pt range (something like the Knight Castellan with its 3++ and crazy good guns)

I think it's because the are comparing the stompa to a Warhound, who has 35W and 4 profiles. Of course, the stompa is no Warhound, but I see why they added the extra band.
