This will just be a homage to that old list.

GW fixed Monoliths. Well more or less any ways. Units “exiting” a monolith through the eternity gate are treated as units disembarking a transport. They are not counted as reinforcements.
Page 98 – Monolith, Eternity Gate Change the penultimate sentence of this ability to read: ‘Set up the unit so that it is wholly within 3" of this model and more than 1" from any enemy models; the unit that has just been set up counts as having disembarked from a transport for all rules purposes.’
This does not allow necrons to come out of the eternity gate after reinforcing with a “deep striking “ monolith as that happens at the end of the movement like reinforcement, this happens before the monolith moves.
Don’t know if you’ll see a lot more monoliths but at least as I’ll likely run it more.
Question? Can units disembarking Advance? I can’t find anywhere that says they can’t but I don’t recall seeing anyone do it.

So marines exiting a rhino can disembark within 3 inches and the move their normal 6. Then shoot and then charge. Or they could get out and then advance. Etc.

Danny informed me that we were reading ephemeral form wrong... it adds one to saves, doesn't improve the invul...
so tzeentch can use warp surge... and apparently all this time I could have been running a 2++ invul lord of change! (til they fixed it)

(til they fixed it) Ephemeral Form (RAW) also makes it impossible to kill yourself on the Impossible Robe - you die if you reroll a save into a 1, but your invulnerable save results are between 2-7.

(til they fixed it) ah ok so internet rumours sometimes have a gain of truth well to be honest it was literally right there in the wording... however we were both just playing +1 to saves the whole time, as it's easier to remember "I have a 4++" rather than "I have a 5++ but I add one to the dice roll so I really need to roll a 4" so then this change comes in and it looks super bad... but it really just ends the abuse of something I didn't know we could do in the first place because I was reading it wrong the whole time! lol

the real thing is, cover saves and ap are really the same, we always say they have a 3 up or a 4 up cause of this or that, but they effect the die roll not the save it self.
makes it easier for people in their mind, but messed this up. its really interesting how a little wording can totally change how something works.

hmmmm from Frontline Gaming... also did not notice this (not being a tau player)
"I haven’t seen anyone discuss this, since it wasn’t up at first, but a couple FW Tau units got big nerfs, particularly the Tiger Shark. The Heavy Burst Cannon in their profiles got renamed to Swiftstrike Burst Cannon so it doesn’t get the improved Codex profile, just the crappy old one."
