Former Empire Army for new AOS

Hello All,

Not sure if I did this right....It's been a while since I've had a crack at a fantasy army here. List is what I can conjure up from memory using the warscroll builder from GW's community site:

Allegiance Order - Freeguilds with "the Empire" Allies

Freeguild General - Command trait inspiring, staely warbanner, artifact: flag of conqueres

Allied Engineer on mechanical steed with a long rifle

BattleLine:

40 Freeguild guard w/ halberds/shields

30 Freeguild guard w/ Halberds/shields

20 Freeguild handgunners

20 Freeguild Greatswrds

Warmachines:

Allied Great Cannon

Allied Field Mortar

So allies fall under the 400pts, not sure I can have multiple allied factions or whatnot... But has a few battle line units and some range covering fire - and if memory serves correct should be mostly painted.  But all on square bases, so it might be a trick to get everyone moved over to the round bases.

Any comments or aid that someone with some more Age of Sigmar practice can provide?

your allies are all order so you're good to go there.... as for the bases, there's a lot of old collections still on the squares so it's not an issue to play them that way!

As for the list itself, that's a lot of bodies for objectives, so as one of our former top players Frank used to say "quantity has a quality all it's own".

The bonuses to hit for the freeguild guard will cap out eventually though as FAQ states that natural 1's still fail on the hit roll (for the 40 man squad) but the extra numbers will definitely assist with casualties... given how ahem... less than sturdy... humans are

should be a fun list to play!
