I’m a bit bored at work this morning so I decided to do a bit of research on which legion I want to paint my Titanicus box as once the champs are over and I’ve settled on Legio Xestobiax. Turns out they’re still a “Loyalist” legion despite having been very heavily involved with the Thousand Sons during the Heresy Era. Who else is thinking about, or has already picked up Titanicus and is thinking about a Legio? warhammer40k.fandom.com/wiki/Legio_Xestobiax

What are the rules like? Are they similar to 8th edition 40k?

In some ways yes; it has phases, different than 40k; but phases nonetheless. It can be played in a more "beer & pretzels" style of play, or a very granular detailed format. It is 100% standalone though; so that's why Lukas and I are trying to find some other likeminded players.

Hmmmm.... I'll try looking into it. Not making any promises at the moment though other than that.
